Earn Bitcoin (BTC) using the CryptoTab Browser. It’s legit!
I’m earning some Bitcoin every day by using the CryptoTab Browser for Android. There’s a version for iOS, Windows and MacOS, too!
TL;DR
I used it for 4 weeks on 4 devices and got around 18 USD (BTC price at time of writing: 60.200 USD).

The whole story:
I was very sceptical when I first read about CryptoTab. The listing in the Google Play Store claims that the app allows you to mine Bitcoins while using the Internet. But when the Bitcoin price reached an all time high of 50.000 USD in February, I decided to install it and give it a try. Four weeks later I’m ready to give a resume.
What is CryptoTab Browser?
CryptoTab is a browser which is based on Chromium, like Google’s Chrome and Microsoft’s Edge. Chromium is an open source browser. When you are a user of another Chromium based browser, you can easily switch to CryptoTab and import your bookmarks, history, passwords, and settings. The Windows and MacOS versions also allow you to use your favourite extensions.
But that’s not all. It has a built in mining algorithm which enables you to earn while surfing the web! Activate mining, then just lean back, scrolling news feeds, chatting on social media, or watching Netflix… and earn some Bitcoin!

How much Bitcoin does it pay?
As mentioned above, I used the CryptoTab Browser on 4 Android devices for 4 weeks now. My notebook runs on Linux, so I didn’t use a desktop version.
I was using 4 different accounts: 2 Google accounts, 1 Facebook and 1 Twitter account.
I added up my earnings last night and the result was 0.00029803 BTC which is around 18 USD by the time of writing (BTC price 60.200 USD).
Want proof?
As you can see on the screenshot, I made 5 withdrawals to one of my Bitcoin wallet addresses. In sum I withdrew 0.00005440 BTC to this address. The first 2 were transferred in one transaction, as you can see here: https://cb.run/9bRv.
Boosts and referral program
The CryptoTab Browser allows you to increase your earnings by activating additional boosts. These boosts are multipliers, so they will multiply your earned BTC. There’s x5, x10 and x15 boosts!
Also very interesting is the CryptoTab referral program. Earn more by sharing a link with your family and friends and create an earning network! You will be rewarded with 15% of every rewarded person’s earnings. Your friend’s friends will earn you an additional 10%. There’s 10 levels!
Conclusion
By using the CryptoTab Browser on just one device and without boosts or referrals will not make you rich, that’s for sure. But 0.16 USD worth of Bitcoin per day for just browsing the internet is better than nothing. And when you decide to activate some boost and create an earning network by sharing a link, the earnings you can get will increase noticeably. Imagine those 0.16 USD with a x15 boost: that’s 2.40 USD worth of Bitcoin. Every day!
